The registered dietitians at Beth Warren Nutrition counsel adult and pediatric clients with medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension and eating disorders as well as weight management. They specialize in food allergies, autism, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), celiac disease, crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and other related conditions.
During the hour-long session, my primary goal is to get to know you better. I obtain medical and family history, conduct a physical and a nutritional assessment to see your dietary habits and decide the framework of your nutrition plan. Together, we set attainable goals and map out a plan to allow you to reach it. We start preliminary nutrition education to get you on your way to a better, healthier life!
The follow-up sessions are vital to keep you on track and “fine tune” your path to success. They may include weight checks, meal planning and tweaks, feedback discussion and goal adjustments, if necessary. It is a time for you to discuss any concerns or questions you may have and for me to provide you with support and further nutrition education.

Beth Warren Nutrition respects the time of our clients. We do not overbook appointments and that time is completely designated for you. Therefore, a full 24-hour notice of cancellation is required or the client is responsible for fee of missed visit. Because of the history of no show appointments or cancellation of less than 24 hrs for routine circumstances, we require a credit card to be held on file, in a secure format, for all patients. You will be notified before any charges are made. Insurance does not cover these costs.
