When it comes to summer there’s a lot to be thankful for, and one of those things is summer fruits!! So let’s talk about some sweet, juicy, summer fruits and how they help you stay healthy. 
Pineapple: The hardest thing about this fruit is cutting it, but trust me it’s worth the work! It’s packed full of vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Phosphorus, and Potassium. It prevents colds, has anti-inflammatory effects, and strengthens your bones.
Peaches: This fuzzy treat is a great low-calorie snack. It fights against toxins and extra pounds. It’s a great anti-oxidant that can help your eyesight and your skin. 
Mango: This beautiful, vibrant fruit has more to it than meets the eye. Research has shown antioxidant compounds in mango fruit protects against colon, breast, leukemia and prostate cancers. It can help lower cholesterol, clear your skin, enhance eye health, and improve digestion. 
Watermelon: Carrying it may make you rethink buying it, but once it’s in your mouth you won’t regret it. Watermelons are full of antioxidants, carotenoids, Vitamins A, B6, and C, calcium, thiamin, healthy protein, and fiber.  It can help lower blood pressure and reduce insulin resistance. The best part is it provides you with much-needed hydration in the summer months.
