Nationally recognized registered dietitian-nutritionist, Beth Warren has shared her kosher expertise and practical nutrition approach to healthy living with the public. As a media expert, Beth has been featured on national and local television and radio programs including NBC’s Daytime, Pix11 News and Sirius/XM Doctor’s radio, along with print and online publications including The NY Post, Women’s Health, Self, Glamour, Shape, Ladies’ Home Journal, Prevention, Men’s Fitness and WebMD.
Beth is the founder and chief executive officer of Beth Warren Nutrition, LLC, a New York-based nutrition private practice with 3 locations that counsels over 150 patients per week. She is a past member of the Nutrition Advisory Board of Tryst Gourmet and currently the lead nutritionist for the Morris I. Franco Cancer Center and the sports nutritionist of over 500 runners annually for Team SBH, a not-for-profit charity organization. She also works as a consultant and speaker for schools and businesses, including past work with celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito, to help organize nutritious and delicious meals, arrange workshops, health fairs, corporate wellness programs and lectures. Beth is a spokesperson and brand ambassador for food companies Siggi’s Yogurt and KIND Snacks and websites including Healthgrades.com. She has been a speaker at professional and consumer events and is a proud member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).

Beth earned a bachelor of arts in English communications and a master of science in clinical nutrition. A former dancer and current Zumba, pilates and hot yoga lover, Beth enjoys living an active lifestyle in Brooklyn with her husband of 11 years, 4 daughters and 1 son, ages 9 to 8 months. She grew up in a Jewish home and continues to cook traditional kosher recipes adding a nutritious modern twist for her family. As a result of the duality of an upbringing in kosher cuisine and passion for nutrition, Beth developed a unique, quick and sustainable approach to weight loss for her followers and patients, on average 2-4 pounds lost per week, while simultaneously enhancing overall health and learning to maintain a balanced lifestyle. Beth’s goal is to show the public that keeping kosher is about more than a set of rules: keeping kosher is a communal and familial effort, that uplifts spiritually with built-in traditions surrounded by delicious and unique whole food dishes.
Beth is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is also a certified Dietitian-Nutritionist with The University of the State of New York Education Department. As a Registered Dietitian and Holistic Health Coach, Christina believes that the human body has amazing healing capabilities when given the proper nourishment. She integrates traditional nutrition practices with holistic and complimentary interventions to help clients rebalance their body using food as medicine.
Yulvonda Jenkins has been working in medical billing for the past five years. She completed a comprehensive course for medical billing and coding in Georgia and received her New York State certification as a Medical Biller and Coder. Yulvonda possesses skills in accounting and finance for medical practices, communication with health insurance companies and promoting patient rights. Jenkins has proved to increase revenue by 15% in a medical practice by devoting time and applying my expertise on rejected claims.
Sarah Harari is the executive assistant at Beth Warren Nutrition. She is currently attending Brooklyn College where she is pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. Prior to working for Beth, Sarah was employed by DAK Industries, tech support. Sarah’s current responsibilities include administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, greeting clients and coordinating events with Beth.
In her spare time, Sarah pursues her passion for photography. Sarah is director of the Sephardic Bikur Holim food pantry, and personally oversees sending out weekly packages to seniors and community clients. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
KC attended Montclair State University where she received her Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed over 1400 hours of supervised practice among 6 university and community hospitals across the 5 boroughs. Her internship was clinically focused on disease prevention and management among the critically ill and the general population.
KC has been active her entire life she was a ballerina until college where she became a certified United States of America Gymnastics coach. She helped her young athletes achieve silver and gold medals through proper nutrition that focused on high energy to get through tedious training and of course, proper rehabilitation. She acted as a role model to her students who often followed in her teachings. KC believes that the only true way to prevent disease is through lifestyle alterations, she is a true motivator applying evidence based knowledge to real life practice. She specializes in optimizing athletic performances, management of Type 1 and 2 Diabetes, oncology, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, weight loss, nutrition for post bariatric surgery and more.
