Summer is here and it’s HOT! Being outside for even two minutes can make you crave an ice cold treat. This Sunset Smoothie is a nourishing snack or meal that will keep you hydrated in the heat while indulging in a refreshment.
It’s quick and easy to make, and can help you lose weight by replacing an unhealthy snack with this vitamin-and-mineral-full smoothie! It’s also great for kids who refuse to eat fruit. Kids love smoothies, and we all know it’s not always easy to get them to eat healthfully.
Smoothies are also great for digestion. Nobody likes constipation or indigestion. So let your blender do the work of breaking down your food and assisting your digestive system.
Most importantly, smoothies are fun and delicious! Next time you need an ice cold treat, you know just the recipe to try.
