A Detox Smoothie Recipe to Help You Reset


  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 2 scoops grass fed whey protein powder


  • If the ginger is whole, cut off the size of a thumb tip and add to blender and pulse to shred.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
