A Honey Mustard Cauliflower

I’m pretty basic with my roasted veg game,
but that doesn’t mean skimpy on flavor.
I basically have some go-to sauce recipes (swipe left!)
or spice blends,
I think about what taste I’m in the mood for,
and what else I’m cooking up so it melds well together.
It sounds like alot of thought,
but it becomes a really natural and quick progression
the more you get in your own kitchens
and just do it!

Honey Mustard Cauliflower

Honey mustard cauliflower - a great roasted veggie option


  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  •   3 Tbsp honey
  •   1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  •   1/8 tsp garlic powder
  •   1/8 tsp paprika
  •   salt and pepper, to taste


On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread out the caulini and do not overlap. Combine the marinade ingredients in small bowl. Brush all around the caulini (or use your hands to lather!) Roast at 425 for about 20 minutes.
