Acai Bowl: But What About the Toppings?

I emailed how to make an acai bowl-BASE recipe last week (click here) and alot of you immediately wrote back, 

"But what about the toppings?"


Here's the dilemma:

If you're trying to balance an acai bowl with toppings to fit one serving, that's pretty tough to do, even if you follow my info graphic below. 


you have two options from what I see:

1. Cut down or save half for another time/share it.
2. Treat it like a treat and just enjoy it as it is.

For me,

it boils down to this question:

"How often are you eating it?"
