Baked Potato Broccoli and Cheese

It's the simplest things that make kids the most happy.
And it's not any different when it comes to meal time.
When I get fancy with recipes, my kids show zero interest.
But when I bring back a classic,
they're 6 hands down, ready.
Guess what?
A baked potato broccoli and cheese recipe is also a part of the BWN Method.
With protein, starchy veggies as a source of carb and non-starchy veggies, it's the perfect family fit.
And no,
there's NOTHING wrong with a potato.
It has a ton of fiber, potassium and other nutrients. 
As with any food, it boils down to portions sizes, the balance of a recipe and the additive ingredients.
