It also contains lots of protein that can aid muscle growth, and burn fat. Chia seeds gives this smoothie an added texture, with a slight nutty flavor. This smoothie is super easy to prepare and packed with delicious ingredients that can give you the perfect kick-start to your day.

Berry & Chia Smoothie

Ingredients

2c mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
6 oz Chobani Raspberry “Less Sugar”
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (can add for a looser consistency)
