CHERRY BLAST SMOOTHIE

Hemp seeds are used for a nutritious healthy fat in smoothies which can benefit weight loss, aid skin care, and contain lots of vitamins! The hemp seeds combined with the protein powder, and yogurt is guaranteed to keep you full longer, while still feeling great! This cold sweet treat will definitely help you cool down and relax on a hot summer day.

Cherry & Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

2c frozen cherries
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 6oz vanilla Greek yogurt (I used chobani less sugar)
1c almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup ice

Instructions

Blend ingredients & enjoy!
