Now, we are ending off our holiday month and gearing up for every day grind. Did this holiday season leave you feeling bloated and not yourself? Mint, fennel, and citrus all have many anti-carmative, easier known as; anti-bloating properties! Some fun ways to incorporate them can be in soups, teas, or infused water.
