Easy & Quick Delicious Meals
Meal prepping definitely comes in handy when you’re running late, or need to a meal that’s a grab-and-go. A few tips to meal prepping- is going grocery shopping, and immediately cleaning and packaging your fruit and veggies. This gives you an upper hand at storing snacks, and having a bag full of celery to munch on instead of grabbing a packaged sugary snack. You can also try preparing recipes in mason jars such as chia seed pudding, oatmeal, or salad for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the go!
Apparently I’m back to the season where I need to chase the clock before sunset for a decent food photo, but since this household currently has 0 concept of time,I didn’t want to hold off on such a delish easy recipe you could be make right now for an easy veg for Thursday night dinner!
On my Instagram stories, I opened it up to questions and understandably got a lot about my labor, pregnancy and kids. One asked about prep of healthy foods in all the chaos. Aside from my other tips I gave (see highlights: “ask me anything”) I do budget for shortcuts like precut/washed (or Spiralized 😏) veggies when things in my life are this hectic. I’ve eaten this dish with cucumbers, but since pre- Spiralized zucchini was the only option at the store, I’m thankful I didn’t overthink it and just subbed it for the cucs- Let’s just say it’s my new fave combo! Now if only I could just go actual food shopping, because tuxedo sesame seeds would go really well sprinkled on top!
