How to Make Slaw Salad

Coolest parts about this salad are
1. Changes up the basic lettuce based salad to something different
2. It’s a lot of easy throw in bagged veggies 
3. It actually gets BETTER sitting in the fridge


Cabbage Slaw Salad

A simple but delicious Cabbage Slaw Salad


2 bags shredded cabbage
1/4 cup colored mini peppers, sliced thinly
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Salt and Pepper, to taste


Combine veggies in a large bowl. In a jar, mix the dressing ingredients together. Pour over the salad and mix well to combine. Store up to one week in the refrigerator (it gets nice and soft!)
