Dehydration is most common in the Summer time. Some symptoms aren’t so clear but if you feel lethargic, dizzy, and dry lips- you’re most likely dehydrated. Water aids in digestion, metabolism, rejuvenating, and regulating our body temperature. 

On BWN, we recommend easy ways to hydrate your body with foods that are high in water weight such as watermelon, cucumbers etc. The standard amount is 8-10 cups of water a day but the more you sweat, the increased amount of water you need to drink. 

 

Some ideas on how to stay focused and remember to drink is by

  • Adding alarms to your daily routine.
  • Draw out time marks on your bottle 
  • Slicing lemons into your water bottle for flavor
  • Placing a water bottle around your home where you frequently are
  • Use a reusable straw

Simple tips like these can persuade you to drink more water and stay hydrated. You’ll instantly feel healthier and energetic.
