Here is a kind bar recipe that I always wanted to make that just so happens to be Kosher for Passover!
Side note... Kind bars are expensive! So this is the perfect homemade medium where you can literally see the ingredients that you are putting inside. This is the perfect treat to keep on the go, and friendly enough for kids and adults to enjoy alike.

Kind Bar Recipe (Kosher For Passover)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c almonds
  • 1/4 c cashews
  • 1/4 c pecans
  • 1/4 c shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c almond butter
  • 1 egg - whisked
  • 3 Tbsp date syrup *
  • (Optional: 72% dark chocolate*)

* Can omit if you are watching sugar or portion control or just don't want the extra sweetness

Instructions

(Yield 10 bars. 1 for a snack)
In a medium glass bowl, crush the nuts to any desired consistency. In a smaller bowl, whisk an egg, vanilla, almond butter, and date syrup. Pour wet ingredients into the nut mixture. Add chocolate chips inside, or melt chocolate. Then, line a tin with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate as base layer if you chose to do that. If omitted, then simply place the mixture inside lined pan with another piece of parchment paper on top and press down until completely flattened. Bake on 350F for 12-15 minutes. Pop it out and flip it over, flip it over gain. Let it cool completely to harden cut into square like pieces.
