Let's Define WELLNESS

Let’s talk wellness-

yes, there’s actually a definition:

“an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life...more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth.”

 

 

People ask me all the time

“Do I have to eat like this forever?”

“When can I eat normal?”

“I don’t want to have to think about food all the time”

“I came to you because I want this to be a lifestyle.”

And my answer is-

Focus on ALL areas of wellness.

And don’t feel overwhelmed bc luckily we are blessed to not be as challenged in some of these areas and have to work harder at others.

You can put more/less emphasis on one

eg. If it’s out of your control or you choose not to want to like treating yourself

and the other areas of a wellness that are a natural part of your routine,

will balance the other out

Yup, BALANCE-

and the only way to achieve it with food,

is to learn how to prioritize the above too.

It becomes such a natural way of living,

because it’s your CHOICE

of how you’re going to live YOUR life

with ALL areas of wellness that are proven to improve it, mind body and soul...

Lack of understanding true wellness,

is the reason why you may feel defeated by “diets” or even *just weight loss surgery” or diet pills etc for some,

It’s because that’s ONLY about the food-

at some point,

you need to explore ­čĹć

which means focusing inward and exploring more of you!

It’s nice to meet the REAL YOU!
