Quite amazing how
we’ve passed over
and the delicious whole food options we help guide our clients to eat,
on our BWN Method,
are still very much here beyond it.
That’s because I’ve engrained our plans to be fully flexible and accommodating to ALL real life scenarios,
and why it’s working so seamlessly
during our current #IRL challenges RN.
I talked on my stories yesterday
the ways you CAN achieve your weight and health goals
despite the #covid19 challenges
- Be flexible in your approach
- Accepting of the situation may not be your ideal
- Following a plan that allows you to feel the least amount pressure
It doesn’t mean your journey won’t entail hard work,
because obviously anything worth changing takes active and intentional effort,
but you should be making it as real life and seamless as possible,
setting more realistic expectations,
being kind to yourself that everything won’t be 110% perfect,
but a lot less than that will work
to meet your goals (and not changing those,
but the way you thought you may get there will shift unde r the circumstances)
There’s no need to “wait” for an ideal scenario that is not existing NOW,
And quite frankly,
I never understood that idea.
The one where some first time clients left my office asking,
“When should I start?”
And without fail,
“You’re living right now, aren’t you?”
even before this whole #covid19 ,
and now the message is even more apropos
THE TIME IS NOW,
What exactly are you waiting for to change?!
