Meet Celia

Hi! My name is Celia Shaoul. I consider myself a foodie and I love staying healthy! I love to bake and be creative, and I’m highly interested in nutrition. Since I was in tenth grade, I’ve been running a dessert business called “Treats by Celia.” I just came back from my year in Israel at Shaalavim for Women (loved it!) and am looking forward to studying next year in Macaulay at Brooklyn College.

I have a serious addiction to granola. I will share my favorite recipe below!

You can mix it with yogurt, top it on an açaí bowl, or just have it as a snack

 

Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients

3 cups Oats

1.5 cups of the nut / seed mixture of your choice

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup chunky peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon

Dash of salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all of the ingredients together. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
