My Signature Tuna Recipe

Did you know?

I got my start in the food business 

working at a cafe throughout high school.

I used the money to continue to pay for my dance lessons (yup, another unknown fact is I danced for about 20+ years)

I liked to think of myself an self-proclaimed teen “sous chef”

helping to prep recipes and cook dishes to order.

One of them was their signature tuna fish.

Over the years, I tweaked it to cater to my kids taste and made it my own!

Recently,

I started sharing it with some clients who’ve asked-

It was another one of those recipe creation I took for granted,

never realizing that I had to learn it once too!

My Signature Tuna Recipe

A delicious tuna recipe with everything but the kitchen sink!

Ingredients

4 CANS TUNA, CHOPPED

1/4 RED ONION, FINELY CHOPPED

2 CELERY STALKS, FINELY CHOPPED

4 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD

4 ISRAELI PICKLES, FINELY CHOPPED

2 TBSP PICKLE JUICE

2 TBSP FRESH LEMON JUICE (ADD ZEST IF YOU WANT!)

1/4 CUP MAYO (OPTIONAL)

1 TSP GARLIC POWDER

1 TSP ONION POWDER

KOSHER SALT & PEPPER, TO TASTE

Instructions

Mash all ingredients together until desired consistency and enjoy!
