This smoothie delivers the perfect blend of sweet and savory. It’s thick, creamy, and delicious! Natural Peanut butter is full of healthy fats, which also helps control hunger. The healthy fats in peanuts gives you a boost of energy, and a fiber perk as well. Start blending the ingredients for a perfect go-to smoothie, especially in this Summer heat! 

 

 

 

PB BANANA CRUNCH

Natural Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 cups ice (if banana not frozen)
1-2 cups vanilla almond milk unsweetened
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (bobs red mill)
2 bananas
3 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter
