Every one ounce serving of almonds contains 6 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and vitamin E according to Live Science. Combining almond milk and almonds into your smoothie gives it a smooth texture, plus the added nutrition perks.

 

Dates are also known to be high in fiber, but contain plenty of vitamins that reduce several diseases such as heart diseases, diabetes, and chronic illnesses. It also works wonders as a delicious natural sweetener!
