Pineapple Mint Smoothie

I was so excited to bring my mint place to my summer home,
that I literally stuck it in everything this last week,
including my smoothies!
Not only is it incredible flavor,
it has anti bloating and anti cancer properties too!

Pineapple Minty Smoothie

A pineapple smoothie with a touch of mint and protein!

Ingredients

1 cup pineapple “bits” (Trader Joe’s brand)

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 scoop vanilla unsweetened whey protein powder (I used @solgar )

~6 mint leaves 

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Rind of 1/2 lemon

1 cup almond milk, unsweetened (I used almond breeze)

Instructions

Blend all ingredients to fully combine!
