This week we featured my family's favorite

Pistachio-Cranberry Energy Luv Bytes (because we LOVE 'EM)

They are a great combo of protein + fiber, making them a delicious snack for the whole family to enjoy on the BWN Method.

Get the whole family involved in the process of creating them too! It's a fun activity to pass the time with all the kiddos home, plus they are an amazing option to store in the freezer for some grab n' go snack attack go-to's.

Pistachio Cranberry Energy Luv Bytes

A delicious snack with protein and fiber for grab n' go

Ingredients

1 cup dried apricots
1 cup pistachios, unshelled
1/8 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp pure vanilla

Instructions

Blend all ingredients. USE FOOD PROCESSOR OR THE BLENDER WITH "TAMPER" TO PUSH INGREDIENTS TO BLADE SAFELY SO THAT YOU DON'T ADD TOO MUCH LIQUID.
