🥞Pumpkin Spelt Pancakes🥞

You can't go wrong with this delicious pumpkin pancakes-especially for the holidays! Serve these pancakes to your family and trust me, they'll love it. Let's get into the recipe!

Ingredients

🥞1.5 c milk of choice (I used low fat)
🥞2 tbsp vinegar (honestly, I only had apple cider in my pantry and it worked with no aftertaste)
(Or use buttermilk)
🥞1 cup pumpkin puree
🥞1 egg
🥞2 tablespoons oil
🥞2 cups spelt flour
🥞1 teaspoon baking powder
🥞1 teaspoon baking soda
🥞1/2 teaspoon allspice
🥞1 teaspoon cinnamon
🥞1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
🥞1 teaspoon salt
🥞1/4 cup dark chocolate chips/chunks

Instructions

1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined

2. Add in the dry ingredients and mix

3. Spray pan and put on medium-high heat

4. Pour on the batter and get cooking!
