Sage Cauliflower Mash 

is the perfect side dish- 

or even a dip!

That's carb free and high protein with a massive serving of veggie!

Try this really simple and quick way to prep cauliflower!
 

Sage Cauliflower Mash

A delicious cauliflower mash using sage.

Ingredients

2 tbsp avocado oil
1 onion, chopped
2 mashed cauliflower bags from Trader Joe’s, defrosted
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Handful of fresh sage, chopped (save some whole and chopped sage for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Pan fry the onion in oil until browned. In bowl, a mix all ingredient together. Garnish with sage leaves.
