A great alternative to the hamburger. This burger is a great way to try a salmon dish and switch up your BBQ routine.

Salmon Burger


2 pounds wild salmon, ground

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1 scallion, chopped

Juice from 1/2 a lemon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Combine fish, spices, and lemon juice.

Roll one handful of mixture into a ball and flatten into patty.

Grill on grill pan or broil, 4 minutes on each side.

Per Serving,  165.6 Cal,  7.2g Fat,  62.7mg Cholesterol,  340.7mg Sodium,  1g Carbohydrate,  .2g Fiber,  22.7g Protein
