Sesame Peanut Miracle Pasta

A pasta dish that has an unlimited count in your diet is hard to believe,

it's a miracle that one exists!

especially when it comes from a veggie ; )

While I totally understand that equivalent dishes are NOT exactly like the real deal,

I promise you that this pasta alternative coined "the miracle noodle" WILL give off all the feels of eating spaghetti.

You will feel more full and satisfied after eating this option versus a standard pasta portion,

plus save on both carbohydrate and calorie counts.

For these reasons, plus the fact that it's delicious, makes the recipe below worth a try

Sesame Peanut Miracle Noodles

Sesame Peanut Miracle Noodles THAT ARE FREE!


🌱 1 bag "miracle noodles" , "pasta zero" or "shirataki noodles" brand
🌱 4 scallions, chopped
🌱 1/8 cup sesame seeds
🌱 1/8 cup peanuts
🌱 1 box (or about 4 zucchini) Spiralized
🌱 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, seasoned or plain
🌱 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
🌱 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
🌱 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
🌱 2 clove garlic, pressed and chopped
🌱 1/8 tsp dried ginger (or fresh)
🌱 1 teaspoons raw honey
🌱 Salt and Pepper, to taste


For shirataki noodles, rinse and drain well from the package (there may be a slight smell depending on brand used. Heat a pan on medium flame. Place noodles and allot the water to full evaporate (it will go from being wet and slippery to dry and sticky. Turn off flame.

Place all ingredients, including the pasta, in a bowl and mix together to fully combine.
