Smokey Sweet Potatoes

Can’t take the heat?
You’ll probably need to get out of my kitchen then 🙅🏼‍♀️
Turned it up with this sweet potato spice combo...
(And PS. Was kinda kidding, you can still come eat in my kitchen because most likely I made a separate pan with a neutral spice #peoplepleaser )

I know it's hard to trust yourself in the kitchen when it comes to experiment with spices. But, you know your palette best! I literally throw on seasonings in the moment based on my current mood. Feel free to try your own blend on any veggie. The worst that can happen is that identify a taste or combo that doesn't do it for you. Then, you learn from your experience and adjust for the next time. Trust me, you'll suprise yourself!

Smokey Roasted Sweet Potatoes

A smokey touch to a sweet potato dish.

Ingredients

🍠3 medium sweet potatoes, chopped
🍠1 tsp garlic powder
🍠1 tsp smoked paprika
🍠1 tsp sea salt
🍠1 tbsp EVOO

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425F. Mix spices and oil together. Lay sweet potatoes on baking sheet lined with parchment paper (don’t overlap and leave some space for better crispness) Roast on 425 for about 45 minutes (feel free to turn in middle for more even crispiness)
