Smush's Smoothie Recipe

I’ve been speaking on my Instagram
about helping your kids eat healthier 
by prepping yourself something, sitting down and enjoying it-
watch how they often come for a “taste”
and takeover your entire meal!
My baby “smush” loves doing this too
and she stole this smoothie out from my mouth- literally!

Smush's Smoothie

A kid friendly smoothie recipe for moms too

Ingredients

Yield: 3-4 servings 

1 cup frozen cherries

1/4 cup frozen mango

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 scoops protein powder 

1 tbsp hemp seeds

2 cups almond milk, unsweetened

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and enjoy!
