Sweet Paprika Caulini

Confession:
I never have a plan when I open a spice cabinet.
And I used to be so intimidated by them.
But I just stop and think what taste I’m in the mood for
and then I just start grabbing 🤷🏼‍♀️
Don’t be afraid to start spicing it up-
the more you get comfy,
learn from what works and doesn’t,
the better you get at it.

Sweet Paprika Caulini

A sweet twist on a roasted cauliflower recipe.

Ingredients


Caulini (baby cauliflower e.g. Trader Joe's 12 oz bag)1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

 

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400F. Place the caulini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (don't overlap). Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Brush the liquid over all sides of the caulini. Roast on 400F for 10-15 minutes (stir in between for even crispiness).
