I love tahina.

And it's amazing when a dip that's frequently served and enjoyed is healthy too.

A simple yet delicious tehina recipe.


1/2 cup tahini paste
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 2-3 lemons
1 tsp cumin
Kosher salt, to taste


Blend ingredients ingredients in food processor or blender. Add drops of water until desired consistency.
