The recipes and meal plans represent the guidelines of the BWN Method that boast of whole food sources with minimally processed packaged goods included for ease and convenience. The recipes are simple to create and some can be created ahead of time and frozen or refrigerated. There is an array of smoothies, soups and food dishes.
We do our best to provide the nutrition facts for each recipe, but because of the constant update for new and improved items, we aren’t able to supply with each meal plan. No worries: for the weight loss and coaching plans, we calorie count each to ensure it is line with your goals.
Our meal plans work on a rotation diet so they are low in gluten and dairy. If you are allergic or have other dietary restrictions, please indicate it when making an order. We can provide recommendations for easy substitutions for products and ingredients as requested. All meal plans are kosher and take into account Sabbath meals and requirements.
Most recipes are not catered to only one portion. Although the nutrition facts and portion sizes are per meal, the recipes can easily be used to feed your entire family, a roommate or friends.
We provide recommendations on how best to prepare as many items in advance so that you are not cooking every item each day. We also try to utilize leftovers within the various weeks for those plans greater than one week.
The Facebook group is exclusive to those on the BWN Method. You will be able to converse for support and with questions to other members of the BWN Method. There will also be a BWN staff member moderating the group and providing motivation and clarifications along the way.
While Beth is on top of the discussion and gives her two sense often, the GROUP is not the place to ask specific questions about your health. If you’re looking for an RD to help you reach your specific goals or manage a medical issue, opt for the coaching plans and we’d be happy to ensure you get what you need.
You can always swap the different days and dishes of the meal plans. Please note these meal plans are copyrighted and cannot be shared.

In order to ensure you receive your meal plans and shopping lists on time, we bill your card one week prior to receiving your meal plan.
